Remember that you have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the article to communicate the return of the same. In this period we will accept returns, provided that the order is in optimal condition, with its original packaging, without any use and suitable for sale. We will send a messenger to your door to give you the item.

Once the return has been received and verified, if it is indeed in perfect condition, the amount of the returned products will be paid by the same form of payment used in the initial order (whenever possible).

Through which transport agency is my order sent?
We are currently shipping by courier and ASM. So depending on the place of delivery your order will receive between 24 and 48 hours once you have left our warehouses.
How much are the shipping costs?
Completely FREE. Both for the shipment and for the returns in the case that the return is accepted.
How can I know the delivery time of a product?
The delivery terms will be from 4 to 5 working days approximately from the reception of the order form. For Ceuta and Melilla, delivery times may increase to 8 days. Consult us for shipments to the Canary Islands and outside Spain.
Can I cancel an order?
