All shipments to the peninsula are FREE from €29,95. 

Orders will be delivered between 2 and 4 business days.

Spain

Peninsula: All shipments will be Services to peninsula for purchases over 29,95 €. Delivery time is 2-4 business days.

Balearic Islands: All shipments will have a charge of €20 (Taxes included) for shipping costs. Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. Returns will have the same cost.

Canary Islands / Ceuta / Melilla: All shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have a higher cost. Delivery time is 4 to 7 business days. Check shipping and return conditions.

International deliveries:

Free returns in peninsula.

The withdrawal can be exercised up to 14 days after receipt of the merchandise.

It is very easy to manage any return of your order. You simply have to send us an email through the contact form or send us an e-mail to the address tienda@creaciones-euromoda.com . The following data must be included:

  • Type of question *: Web order. Enter the name with which you placed the order, an email and the order number.
  • Message*: Tell us the reasons for your return and a day to send the agency to pick up the product in the morning or afternoon.
  • The product can not have been washed or used and must be in perfect condition for its new use.
  • Once we receive the order back to our facilities and our quality department check the order, we will issue the refund. This process can take up to 15 business days.
  • If we detect use, washing or misuse of the product Euromoda will not refund the amount of the purchase and the customer must request the collection of the product at our factory if they want to keep it.

Exchanges

We can only manage changes for products that are smaller than the one requested due to the difference in prices. For this, it is necessary that you send us an email through the contact form or send us an e-mail to the address tienda@creaciones-euromoda.com . The following data must be included:

  • Message *: Explain what happened and by what size you would like to change it.
