Spain

Peninsula: All shipments will be free to the peninsula if they exceed € 25 (Tax included). Approximate transit time is 24-48 business hours from the dispatch of the merchandise. (Shipping costs € 4,95 for orders under € 25)

Balearic Islands: All shipments will have a charge of € 8'95 (Tax included) for shipping costs. Transit time 3 to 5 business days from the dispatch of the merchandise. Returns will have the same cost.

Canary Islands / Ceuta / Melilla: All shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have a higher cost. Transit time 4 to 7 business days from the dispatch of the merchandise. Check return conditions

Returns

It is very easy to manage any return of your order. You simply have to send us an email through the contact form. In addition, for all home textile products, they are free.

  • Type of question *: Web order. Enter the name with which you placed the order, an email and the order number.
  • Message *: Tell us the reasons for your return and a day to send the agency to collect the product.
  • The product can not have been washed or used and must be in perfect condition for its new use.
  • Once we receive the order back to our facilities and our quality department check the order, we will issue the refund. This process can take up to 15 business days.
  • If we detect use, washing or improper use of the product, Euromoda will not refund the amount of the purchase and the customer must request the collection of the product in our factory if he wants to keep it.

  • The costs of returns or changes of masks will be paid by the customer. Once the mask container has been opened, it cannot be returned because it is a hygienic product.

Exchanges

We can only manage changes for products that are less than the requested size due to the difference in prices. For this, it is necessary that you send us an email through the contact form.
