Why should not you eat in bed?

One of the little pleasures that human beings have is to bring breakfast to bed and eat it quietly while we begin to clear our bed. Who has not asked your partner to bring breakfast to bed? Today we tell you why you should NOT do it!

As we already mentioned in the previous post, the things that you must not do in bed, now that winter is here, we want to delve into a theme that is very recurrent in these times: eating in bed. There is an infinity of information about this fact, some that recommend it, others that do not. From our perspective, we are going to tell you why you should NOT do it.

First, eating lying down is something for which your stomach does not thank you. When it comes to eating food the stomach should be as straight as possible. When lying down the stomach expands and tends to accumulate more fat in the abdomen and food can pass into the lungs and not into the stomach.

On the other hand, your room will not smell good. This is not simply that your room will not smell properly, but that certain foods leave a lot of scent which is caught in the bedding, even in areas of your room. This what will cause us that until we wash our sheets we can be smelling in certain moments the food that we ate previously. This will end up provoking us to open our appetite when in bed we look for rest.
